Wired Coffee Roasters is the child of Takeshi Wada’s personal motto “Be Authentic”. After the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, Wada asked himself what he could do and decided to make people happy with coffee. Using coffee to support earthquake victims, Wada started selling coffee as a fundraiser and is involved in producing a cafe for a Tohoku children’s activity center. Wada travels the world to meet coffee farmers, sourcing all his coffee directly from farm relationships.
